The 10-week co-ed summer league will begin on June 9th. Games will be held on Monday thru Wednesday nights. Registration forms are due by May 18th. Both Competitive and Recreational leagues available.
Must be 21 or over to register.
The 2008 volleybal schedule will be posted once all the teams have registered.

- Match play - Three games will be played
- Rally scoring to 25, with third game to 15
- Tournament seed position at the end of the season will be decided by:
- Most wins
- Point Differential
- Total Points
- Head to Head Winner
CO-ED Restrictions
- Your team must have 2 girls playing on the court during every game.
- During play, if a team hits the ball 3 times before sending it to the opposing team, at least one girl must touch the ball.
- The same applies for guys as well.
- If a team hits it over in 2 or 1 hits, no rule applies.
- If your team does not have 2 girls to play during a match, your team must play with 4 people instead of 6.
- Each team will have one week where they play twice. It may be that you play twice in a row, or you may have to sit one match There are 7 teams and 7 weeks, so please check the schedule

- If a ball from the adjacent court rolls into or is hit into the court you are playing on, the referee will stop play and a replay will follow.
- There are wires attached to the poles that, if hit, will be considered out of bounds.
- The ball is considered out of bounds if it hits a safety net pole (the big ones surrounding the court), hits the safety netting, or referee.
- If a court is empty feel free to play around and warm-up or have fun, but please try to keep your balls to yourselves!!!

- Registration fee is $175 per team, made payable to Port of Blarney.

- There will be a prize of $700 for first place and $300 for second place
- Every person of age 21 or over will receive a free blarney island shuttle boat pass for the season ($75 value)

- There is a hose near the front of the house to rinse off the sand.
